1: Web sites: All properties are advertised on www.farmboyrealty.com which uses the Point2 platform – it is a powerful real estate web site which will advertise your listing across the Province, Country and world. By use of Handshake agreements with other Brokerages you will get maximum exposure.

As well Farm Boy’s sister site www.guyshepherd.ca is currently being developed which will offer interactive mapping features allowing for IDX feeds from the MLS system. This will allow for a user to search for listed land within a specific radius of a targeted quarter. Comparable sales data searchable by mapping will also become available to customers with signed buyers contracts.

In the fall-winter of 2015-16 we will be opening a farm land rental service as well.

Properties will also be advertised on the MLS system giving all members in Saskatchewan as well as country wide access to your listing – if they have qualified buyers they are encourage to bring them with an offer and they will share in the commission.

 

2: For sale signs – are an integral method of local advertising – they are perhaps the best method for showcasing you land for sale to local buyers.
